East Coast firms Arnold & Porter and Kaye Scholer merge, consolidate West Coast offices

Arnold & Porter LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP announced Thursday they will merge on Jan. 1, a move that could strengthen several practice groups but leaves uncertain the future of attorneys in the new firm's West Coast offices.
