Santa Clara County Superior Court names new CEO

Rebecca Fleming comes from Stanislaus County to lead court.

Santa Clara County Superior Court announced Tuesday that Rebecca Fleming will replace outgoing Chief Executive Officer David H. Yamasaki. Fleming's first day will be Dec.12.

Fleming currently works as court executive officer for Stanislaus County Superior Court. Yamasaki plans to become CEO of Orange County Superior Court.
