Company sued for selling ATVs that allegedly catch fire

An ATV company is being sued for knowingly selling off-road vehicles that suddenly burst into flames

An ATV manufacturer has been hit with a lawsuit alleging it failed to warn that its off-road vehicles spontaneously burst into flames despite numerous recalls and serious injuries and fatalities, according to a recent claim filed in San Bernardino County Superior Court.
