Los Angeles lawyer Patricia J. Barry is no longer eligible to practice law in California, following a disciplinary order from the State Bar recommending disbarment.
Barry was officially stripped of her active practice status Thursday, just a day after she appeared in Sacramento to argue a different dispute to the state Supreme Court.
