Arbitrator will decide if lawyer's gender discrimination case goes to court

U.S. District Judge William Alsup ruled Wednesday that a gender discrimination lawsuit against San Francisco firm Sedgwick LLP may head to arbitration, and he left final say in the matter up to the arbitrator assigned to the case.
