DA May Scrap Huge Conspiracy Case

In filing the third and most serious case thus far in the Rampart scandal - attempted murder charges against officer Nino Durden - District Attorney Gil Garcetti on Friday conceded that his original goal of bringing a huge conspiracy case against many officers no longer may be in the cards.
