Babcock Heads O.C.'s Public Law Center

SANTA ANA - The Public Law Center of Orange County has named Kenneth W. Babcock as its new executive director. Babcock, currently director of litigation and advocacy at the Public Counsel Law Center in Los Angeles, replaces former Public Law Center executive director Scott Wylie.
