Young Kozinski Follows in Dad's Footsteps

Perhaps it's only fitting that Alex Kozinski's son would make a federal case out of a jaywalking ticket. Yale Kozinski, whose father is one of the best known federal appellate court judges in the country, thought it was ridiculous and unconstitutional, when a county judge told him he'd have to post $77 bail to fight the ticket. Otherwise, a warrant would be issued for his arrest Wednesday night.
