Plaintiff, Heal Thyself!

In two recent product liability cases, defense attorneys Warren E. George and Rene J. Kern Jr., obtained separate favorable verdicts for their manufacturer-distributor clients in sympathy-provoking personal injury lawsuits brought by severely injured plaintiffs. In both cases, the defense counsel successfully argued that the plaintiffs' injuries resulted from their own negligent conduct.
