Even as South Pasadena fights to keep the 710 freeway from bisecting its city, attorneys for the San Gabriel Valley suburb clashed with its southern neighbor Wednesday in oral arguments before the 2nd District Court of Appeal over whether it should have to plan for the 6.2 mile extension.
