Former Rioter Now Accused in Murder
Damian Monroe "Football" Williams, the gang member whose brick assault on trucker Reginald Denny came to symbolize the deadly 1992 Los Angeles riots, was arrested again Wednesday on suspicion of murder after turning himself in to Los Angeles police, Sgt. John Pasquariello said.
