Corporate Finance Lawyer McCormick Dies
Charles E. McCormick, renowned commercial and corporate finance lawyer, died July 18 after a brief illness. He was 60. McCormick, a partner at the Los Angeles-based law firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, was in the process of seeking treatment for a blood disease when he died unexpectedly from heart failure.
