Appellate Court Reinstates $870,000 Jury Verdict

SANTA ANA - In a strongly worded opinion, a state appellate court has reinstated an $870,000 jury verdict in favor of an Orange County man who says he endured months of verbal and physical abuse from supervisors, including being hit and forcibly dragged from his office, for refusing to participate in what he considered unethical practices.
