Judge Rules Court's Search Illegal

VICTORVILLE - Although officials found a Victorville man with drugs inside the courthouse, a judge has thrown out the charges against him. After 21-year-old Joshua Joseph Drahos set off the metal detector at the entrance of the Victorville courthouse, a San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputy asked him if he had any metal in his pockets. Drahos handed to Deputy Wilson Morgan a small smoking pipe and a small bag of what appeared to be marijuana, then walked into the courthouse.
