Paul Hastings Names Zachary Firm Chairman
Seth Zachary, co-managing partner of Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, will become chairman of the firm effective Aug. 1. Zachary, who was elected by a firmwide partner vote, takes over for John "Steve" McGeeney, who decided to step down after serving as chairman since 1993. Greg Nitzkowski of the Los Angeles office, Zachary's co-managing partner since October, will continue as the firm's sole managing partner after the change in leadership.
