Court Declines to Hear Government's Appeal
Gov. Gray Davis declined to comment Thursday on the state Supreme Court's refusal to consider his challenge to a 2nd District Court of Appeal order that the state parole board find convicted killer Robert Rosenkrantz fit for parole. The governor has vowed never to release a convicted murderer.
