Woman Files Suit Alleging Battering in Court

It's not uncommon to hear clients claim they took a beating in court, but Linda Lee means it literally. In a suit filed in pro per last week in Los Angeles Superior Court, Lee alleges that Loeb & Loeb partner Adam F. Streisand battered her boss while he was serving Streisand with an order to show cause and then pushed Lee around as he "fled" the scene. Lee v. Streisand, BC232864.
