State Seeks to Permanently Revoke License of Foster Mom
The state Department of Social Services is seeking to revoke permanently the foster care license of a Santa Barbara-area foster mother who allegedly administered a near-fatal drug overdose to a toddler in her charge and who reportedly rejected a settlement offer that would have allowed her to surrender the license voluntarily.
