'Gangsta Cops' Focus of Meetings
Joseph D. McNamara, an associate at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, will talk about "Gangsta Cops and the Drug Wars" at a dinner meeting of the Criminal Courts Bar Association on Tuesday.
