Move to Declare Lawyer 'Vexatious Litigant'
Calling him a "legal bully" and "the quintessential professional litigant," defendants in a real estate disclosure action moved Wednesday to have attorney Robert W. Hirsh declared a "vexatious litigant" under Code of Civil Procedure section 391. Robert W. Hirsh v. David Gursky, BC 182550.
