Arbitrator Resigns, Citing 'Sandbagging'
Stung by publicity surrounding his role as an arbitrator, retired Supreme Court Justice Armand Arabian on Thursday resigned from a construction default case, saying he believes he was "sandbagged" by claims that he did not disclose prior contact with lawyers involved in the case.
