Deloitte & Touche Faces Discrimination Lawsuit
A 52-year-old man who claims he was hired in February 1997 by accounting-house giant Deloitte & Touche and was the only African- American among the company's 500 West Coast partners, filed a racial discrimination and harassment lawsuit Thursday, claiming he wrongfully was terminated when his position was given to a younger, white and less-experienced man.
