Late this summer, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs will send out approximately 60,000 Equal Opportunity surveys to federal contractors across the country - about 7,000 federal contractors received the sneak preview mailer sent out in April. The purpose of these surveys is to gather information regarding pay disparities and other equal employment issues, signed under penalty of perjury, which will be used to evaluate contractors for audit.
