Grand Jury Report Comes Out in Peace Grand Jury Report Slams Police Policies
SAN JOSE - Nothing is extraordinary about the Santa Clara County civil grand jury's annual report - except that it exists at all. The report includes a somewhat pungent critique of the San Jose police department's policies involving officer-involved shootings, along with more routine reviews of jail facilities and the family support division of the district attorney's office.
