Helicopters Can Save First Amendment at the Godzilla of Civic Angst

The Los Angeles Police Department has two new helicopters that could come to the aid of the First Amendment, believe it or not. I had this improbable epiphany last Friday while taking a test ride in one of the two Eurocopter AS350s unveiled by the department.
