Factually Innocent Woman Sues L.A. County

A Los Angeles County probation worker who was found factually innocent by a judge after a jury acquitted her of child molestation has filed a civil rights lawsuit against the county, Sheriff's Department and one of its investigators, claiming that she was falsely arrested and maliciously prosecuted.
