Hispanic Broadcasting expanding, relocating to Glendale Plaza
Hispanic Broadcasting Corp. signed a 15-year lease at Glendale Plaza and will occupy 50,000 square feet on the top two floors of the 25-story highrise located at 655 N. Central Ave. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The radio broadcasting company will relocate from 20,000 square feet at 1645 Vine St. in Hollywood in the first quarter of 2001.
