DMV Must Pay Refunds to up to 140,000 State Drivers
etween 87,000 and 140,000 Californians who own cars purchased out of state are entitled to refunds from the Department of Motor Vehicles as a result of a decision issued by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle on Thursday in what is believed to be the oldest active civil lawsuit in the state of California.
