Judge to Consider DA Removal Wednesday

One of the first three police officers charged in the Rampart corruption scandal has not demonstrated any conflict of interest that would warrant the district attorney's office being removed from prosecuting his case, the state attorney general's office states in its opposition to the disqualification bid.
