No One Promised Parolee Citizenship in Ross Case
SAN DIEGO - A parolee who helped convict "Freeway" Ricky Ross on cocaine charges in 1996 was never promised a deal that could have led to U.S. citizenship in return for becoming a government informant, an Immigration and Naturalization Service special agent testified Tuesday.
