Firm Watch: San Francisco's Brobeck Phleger & Harrison has broadened its reach in Texas, opening a 15-attorney Dallas office, effective May 1. The firm plans to expand the Dallas office to about 150 lawyers within three years and its Austin office to about 200 attorneys by 2002.
