Cleary Gottlieb: INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER BUYS BANKRUPTED EXODUS
London-based Cable & Wireless announced Nov. 30 the acquisition of certain assets from Santa Clara's Exodus Communications Inc. out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
