Chief Justice Wants Bond Measures for Court Upkeep

SAN FRANCISCO - Faced with the dilemma of paying for $5 billion worth of overdue repairs for the state's crumbling courthouses, Chief Justice Ronald M. George said Tuesday he will recommend using bond measures to finance court facility maintenance.
