The State Bar could help the California courts pay for the controversial court case management system by kicking in money from a fund set aside to upgrade the computers of its own court. In return for its money, the bar would anticipate receiving a case-management system for its discipline cases and perhaps other technological improvements, State Bar President Jon B.
