State Bar considers contributing to CCMS
If the State Bar joins a billionaire philanthropist to aid the state courts' controversial case-management system, it could tap money the Legislature ordered used to upgrade the bar's own antiquated technology.

The State Bar could help the California courts pay for the controversial court case management system by kicking in money from a fund set aside to upgrade the computers of its own court. In return for its money, the bar would anticipate receiving a case-management system for its discipline cases and perhaps other technological improvements, State Bar President Jon B.
