I am troubled and offended by the Oct. 17, column "Forget the glass ceiling, take the elevator up," by Sally R. Phillips and Bradley P. Boyer. The gist appears to be that women are responsible for the glass ceiling because they are too emotional, too lacking in boundaries, too insecure, and too nice.
