RIVERSIDE - One of the country's biggest shipping and warehousing companies got hit with a lawsuit Tuesday for allegedly committing a string of labor violations at two of its Inland Empire cargo facilities that ship goods for Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
The litigation comes as state labor officials launch a harder crackdown on alleged warehouse workforce breaches.
