Newhall Ranch attorney joins law firm

Real estate attorney and development executive Steven Zimmer is the newest addition to real estate and business law firm Gilchrist & Rutter PC.

LOS ANGELES - Prominent real estate attorney and development executive Steven Zimmer is the newest addition to Santa Monica real estate and business law firm Gilchrist & Rutter PC.


Zimmer, the former executive vice president and head of the Newhall Ranch Specific Plan, will join the Santa Monica firm as of counsel and will help guide and strengthen its young but burgeoning land-use practice.
