John Gallagher

John Gallagher, a longtime member of the faculty at Southwestern Law School, died Wednesday following a battle with cancer. He was 80.


A 1961 Loyola Law School graduate, he spent most of his career at Southwestern. For a short while after law school, he was general practitioner at Thompson, Waters & Moss and in 1963 opened his own practice focusing on business and property law.
