Reyes' backdating conviction stands

I n a closing chapter of the long-running Brocade stock options backdating saga, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel on Thursday affirmed former CEO Gregory L. Reyes' conviction, 18-month prison term and $15 million fine.
