Biotech company drops suit against Bayer mid-trial
After one and a half weeks of trial, South San Francisco-based Onyx Pharmaceuticals Inc. dropped a lawsuit against its drug development partner, Bayer HealthCare, in exchange for at least $160 million in future sales revenue.

After one and a half weeks of trial, South San Francisco biotechnology company Onyx Pharmaceuticals Inc. on Wednesday dropped a lawsuit against its drug development partner, Bayer HealthCare, in exchange for at least $160 million in future sales revenue.
