Jeans companies fight over pocket design

Two designer denim companies earned a preliminary injunction Wednesday against LA Idol Fashion Inc., a company allegedly producing "studied imitations" of jeans pocket embroidery designs owned by Vernon-based Sweet People Apparel Inc. and RCRV Inc.

LOS ANGELES - Two designer denim companies earned a preliminary injunction Wednesday against LA Idol Fashion Inc., a company allegedly producing "studied imitations" of jeans pocket embroidery designs owned by Vernon-based Sweet People Apparel Inc. and RCRV Inc.
