The 2nd District Court of Appeal last month dismissed an indigent litigant's case concerning a bungled fee waiver, but her lawyer hopes it won't be the end of the matter.
In a petition for review submitted Friday, David S. Ettinger of Horvitz & Levy LLP urges the state Supreme Court justices to take up Nylonda "Jazz" Sharnese's case themselves or order the Court of Appeal to hear it.
