Former Juniper GC settles SEC charges

Lisa Berry's settlement with the SEC would allow her to serve as an officer and director of a public company.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a settlement of a stock options backdating civil case with Lisa C. Berry, the former general counsel at Juniper Networks Inc. and KLA-Tencor Corp., that would allow her to serve as an officer and director of a public company.
