IPOs still lagging in volatile market

Weeks of topsy-turvy stock markets have continued to take a toll on companies aspiring to go public. But two expected big deals could turn it all around, experts said.

PALO ALTO - Weeks of topsy-turvy stock markets have continued to take a toll on companies aspiring to go public.
