A federal jury convicted Saratoga lawyer David Boyer Prince of investment fraud Wednesday after a three-week trial. Prosecutors argued he defrauded at least 30 people out of $1.1 million between 2005 and 2007. He raised money for two funds by promising investors guaranteed principal and rates of return as high as 25 percent a month, but instead lost the money in risky options trading, according to the government.
