Orrick snags five partners in New York office

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP announced Monday the hiring of five partners to its New York acquisition finance practice.
Ronan M. Wicks, one of the new hires and formerly a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, will serve as global co-head of the acquisition finance practice group.
