State justices skeptical of overtime for insurance adjusters

At oral argument in a closely watched wage-and-hour case, the state Supreme Court on Monday seemed ready to overturn a lower court decision that found insurance adjusters are entitled to overtime.

But it was less clear what analysis the court will use to determine how to classify the workers.
