DOJ asks for court-appointed trustee for Solyndra

The Department of Justice on Friday filed a motion for a court-appointed trustee to take over Solyndra, the solar panel manufacturing company that filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

The Department of Justice on Friday filed a motion for a court-appointed trustee to take over Solyndra, the solar panel manufacturing company that filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy on Sept. 6.
