SEC Chooses Baker Attorney for New Accounting Oversight Board
The Securities and Exchange Commission has named Baker & McKenzie's Daniel L. Goelzer to the five-member Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, established under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
