New Judge Is Named in San Joaquin

SAN FRANCISCO - Stockton civil litigator Elizabeth Humphreys was appointed by Gov. Gray Davis on Monday to the San Joaquin County Superior Court, the 16th judge to be named by the governor in the last month.
